Hey everyone, really quick video here.No fancy effects or music for this one.I’m making this video as an urgent call to action.About a year ago,I uploaded a video about a class, action lawsuit that was being, filed against Mojang, about Minecraft accounts that were wrongfully, stolen from players during the Microsoft account migration.Well, the lawsuit is here and Kon,the creator of this suit, and his lawyers are already in court.It’s literally happening right now.Here’s the case number.So great, the lawsuit is happening.But as expected,Mojang’s lawyers are currently trying to get the case dismissed, by claiming that the requirements for a class action lawsuit to be valid, have not been met.One of those requirements is, for the group to be large enough, to justify there being a class, action lawsuit, in the first place.Meaning, we need as many participants as possible.So for Kian and his lawyers to argue that the group actually is large enough,

we need more people to confirm their participation in the lawsuit.So, here’s what you need to know and do right now.If all three of these criteria apply to you,being under 18 at the time of purchase of your Minecraft account,bought your Minecraft account before December 10th, 2013,and live in a European Union member state,then that means that you can participate in the lawsuit against Mojang.Even if your account has been migrated to a Microsoft account,you can still join the suit, and you should, as this will likely be the only, time anyone will ever attempt, to go to court against Mojang, and take a stand against their unfair business practices.Now, unfortunately,these criteria narrow down the participants quite a bit.And when it comes to the courts and class action suits,that’s unfortunately how things usually work.You see, I could have participated in this,but I live in the United States, not the EU.However,if you do live in the EU and the rest of these criteria also apply to you,

here’s what you need to do right now.Go to this web page linked in the description and fill out this form.Then download the filledin PDF and email it to this address,which is the address of the court.And that’s it.You’re now a participant in the lawsuit.Just make sure that you do this by September 25th,2026 as that’s the new deadline.So,I would do it because this is our only chance to actually, act upon our grievances with how Mojang, operates his business, rather than just complain about it with Mojang turning a blind eye.
