Disclaimer, I am not a medical professional. So, obviously,I don’t have a lot of authority on this kind of stuff. But, not only did I do a lot of research, but I’m also a pre-med student. So, obviously, death is something I learn about. And you won’t believe the things that I’ve learned. So, here’s how we’re going to do things.I’m going to use Minecraft footage that will simulate, what dying might feel like from, the start of being near death, to when you actually die.And the last thing you feel when you die that no one knows about. So, stick around because once I tell you these things, you’ll realize just how valuable your life really is.Imagine you’re in your hospital room. You were diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, and it has spread to your liver and brain. You’ve been fighting cancer for almost 3 years now. You’ve experienced every procedure there is.Chemotherapy, radiation, and even surgery. But, it never got better. And now your whole family is beside your bed,

and they’re speaking to the doctor about something that looks serious. And is that Spider-Man who came to visit you?Yeah, this is bad. But, then suddenly, your vision starts to blur. You don’t know it yet, but you’re about to die.Dying fact. This is a tradition on this channel at this point, but every time I do one of these videos, it always gets a little scary, especially this topic. So, whenever it gets too scary,I like to play a game.I’m going to say a dying fact, and you have to tell me if you think it’s true or false.Anyway, let’s get back to the video. So, you are currently dying on your hospital bed. What’s going through your brain right now? When your heart finally stops beating and clinical death officially begins, the common assumption is that everything instantly turns black. But, biologically, the brain doesn’t just switch off like a light bulb.It goes out in a blaze of neurochemical glory.Within seconds of cardiac arrest, oxygenated blood stops flowing to the cerebral cortex.

an act of sth stopping or being interrupted
He died after suffering a cardiac arrest (= when his heart suddenly stopped).

Deprived of oxygen, your brain cells experience a massive final wave of depolarization.Instead of going quiet, your brain triggers a catastrophic release of neurotransmitters.Endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin, flood your synaptic pathways at levels never experienced during normal life.At the exact same time,EEG monitoring reveals a powerful surge of synchronized gamma band oscillations, the high frequency brain waves associated with deep meditation, lucid dreaming, and intense memory retrieval. For a young person like yourself, the transition is instant and profound. The heavy, suffocating weight of a disease-ravaged body completely vanishes. The agonizing bone pain, the nausea, and the crushing exhaustion, that defined your final months dissolved into absolute weightlessness.Time dilates rapidly.Seconds inside your neural pathways stretch out into what feels like hours.Because your temporal lobes are firing at a peak capacity, your brain initiates.

a rapid scanning sequence through its deepest neural networks. You don’t just recall your life, you re-experience it.The memory of your illness fades completely, replaced by hyper-vivid, flashes of your youth running effortlessly, before cancer took over your strength, the warmth of the sun, lost laughter, and forgotten moments of pure joy.As hypoxia shuts down your visual processing, your visual fields collapses down a narrowing pathway of central light, the classic tunnel sensation engineered by a failing occipital lobe. You are suspended in a state of absolute unshakeable serenity, completely, detached from the quiet hospital room and the still body resting on your bed.Dying fact, yeah,I told you it gets pretty scary, so I hope you’re still hanging on.Anyway, here’s a dying fact. When a person dies, it’s always a very painful experience.Tell me, do you think this is true or false?Yeah, no,this is actually false. There are so many things that doctors and nurses do to give patients a peaceful.

and pain-free, death. It doesn’t always have to be so painful.By the way, before we get back to this video, although I try to keep the videos I make as medically and as scientifically, backed by reliable evidence as much as possible, the topic of what we see at death can’t really be researched that well, but I did try my best. So, the next few parts, take it all with a grain of salt. So, during death, you have seen your life and experienced your life flash before your very eyes, but what happens afterwards? Many people who have survived an extremely near-death experience, report being able to see themselves while being outside of their own body, seeing doctors trying to revive them, and seeing their loved ones crying and trying to console each other. The other reports talk about being up in the clouds, being so far up from the usual surface. They also report seeing winged creatures that they describe as angels. And the place that they are in, they describe it as the place of God himself, heaven.

And so many more examples of this from very many different kinds of religions.Basically, they are giving a testimony that there is truly an afterlife. And I can go on and on about a lot of stuff like this. This is what I personally believe, but of course,we can’t confirm this through science alone. So, let’s just move on.So, you have experienced death to the fullest. What happens now?Outside of your peaceful internal experience,a medical team bursts through the door.A code blue is called.Hands rush to begin chest compressions, or CPR.A mask is strapped over your face, and defibrillator pads are slapped onto your chest. After 3 agonizing minutes of CPR and a massive push of IV epinephrine, your heart unexpectedly twitches, catches a rhythm, and restarts. The transition, from clinical death back into a living body is violent and terrifying. The serene weightless realm of the biological, surge vanishes in a fraction of a second, replaced by a brutal impact back into reality.

As blood rushes back into oxygen-deprived tissues, a process called reperfusion,a massive wave of systemic pain floods your nervous system.Your lungs react violently to the sudden influx of air, forcing a jagged and desperate gasp through your throat.Your ribs, weakened and fragile from months of chemotherapy and bed rest, ache [music] with agonizing fractures from the force of the chest compressions. The electric shock from the defibrillator, leaves your chest muscle burning like fire, while the massive burst of medical adrenaline, makes your heart hammer wildly against your ribs.Psychologically, the return triggers intense trauma.Your consciousness was pulled from an environment of total peace, zero physical suffering, and complete liberation from your illness, only to be slammed back into the very same cancer-ravaged, body you thought you had left behind. You open your eyes to the harsh, blinding glare of hospital fluorescent lights, the chaotic shouting of doctors,

[music] and the frantic beeping of monitors coming back to life. You’re back in the hospital bed, exhausted and broken once again. But as the chaos settles, something fundamental inside your mind have shifted.Having crossed the threshold into clinical death and experienced, the brain’s ultimate peaceful defense mechanism, the terror of your illness loses its hold. You know what lies at the end, and it isn’t horror, but absolute peace.>> Mhm.
