Intro

This is OnaPixel. One of the biggest streamers in the world right now,and currently he’s bringing a massive audience into the 2b2t space.2b2t has a history of large creators making videos on the server, but not many people as big as Ona have streamed and created, as much as he has on the server. From meeting huge creators to increasing player counts, this is the story of how OnaPixel is changing 2b2t.

Ohne’s 2b2t Beginnings

If you like my content, feel free to subscribe as I’m trying to reach 1,000 subscribers, so YouTube can finally pay for my priority queue subscription. For anyone who’s unfamiliar with 2b2t,this might seem like a pretty strange place for a Counter-Strike, streamer to end up.Also, if you aren’t aware,Mark Zimmerman, aka OnaPixel,is predominantly a Counter-Strike streamer and professional case opener, although he occasionally branches out to different types of content. On April 20th, 2025,Ona uploaded his first 2b2t video.Although he just escaped spawn, explored some of the server, and learned about its history, this video would end up changing Ona and the server. You see, whenever a big creator makes content on 2b,thousands of people from their video rush to the server to experience, it for themselves, and this sometimes creates what we call an incursion.Although Ona’s stream and video, didn’t draw in enough attention to create an incursion,it still drew a massive audience to the server,

and right now the video is sitting at about 2 and 1/2 million views, and is the second most watched video on his channel. That’s an enormous amount of people being introduced to a server, that most of them probably knew very little about beforehand.Just from taking a look at his video, you can tell Ona genuinely enjoyed his time on 2b.He was given a great introduction to the server, and various people helped him learn about the history of such a historic server.Instead of just logging on and leaving a few hours later,he actually got to experience the parts of the server that matter, the history and the players. This combined with the amount of views he got from the video, created a perfect situation, for him to expand and create more content based on the server.

How Ohne is Changing The Server

So, what did he do after this initial video, and what change did that make on the server?A few months after his first video, Oner returned back.Although this time,he would spend most of the stream and video exploring the server and history, with FitMC.Fit being the biggest name in 2b2t, definitely helped with Oner reaching a large audience. This video also went extremely well and is currently sitting at around 1.2, million views.Although all of these views are great, how much has this actually affected the server?I couldn’t find a specific player count before and after his older videos, but if you take a look at the player count before and after his latest vid,you can easily see a dramatic increase. And this is one of the most interesting, parts of having a large creator such as Oner Pixel make videos on the server.People don’t just watch his videos, but they take their time to log on and experience the server for themselves. This could be either a good or bad thing, but either or,

it adds players to the server. There are two main types of players that Oner brings in,the ones that stay and become long-term 2b2t players, and the ones who join for a few minutes, realize how long the queue takes, and leave. These long-term players are incredibly important,as they will become a part of the community.Considering most 2b2t players initially come from a content creator, people like Oner are incredibly, useful to stop the server from dying and keep player counts decently high. The player count wasn’t the only, thing that changed on the server, because of O N A.Since O N A Pixel’s viewers are predominantly Counter-Strike fans, many of them joined 2b2t and built various map arts. One example, is the iconic moment when O N A unboxed a worthless Ninjas in Pyjamas sticker, one off of a Titan holo valued at over $50,000 in today’s economy. This was then memorialized, as a map art and shows how O N A Pixel is effectively, bringing CS culture into 2b.This is a very interesting occurrence,

as these players aren’t actually trying to recreate old 2b2t culture. They’re instead creating new culture and bringing a whole new atmosphere, to the server.Whether you view this as disrespecting, old history or creating a new chapter of the server, the players creating this new culture are definitely enjoying themselves, and just having a good time.

This Has Happened Before…

O N A isn’t the only big creator who has created and made content on the server.Huge YouTubers, such as TommyInnit and Tapple have made one-off videos on the server. The most famous example is the Camping Rusher. He completely changed 2b2t, from only a few videos and ended up making a whole series on it.This drew in the biggest amount of people 2b2t, has ever seen and is widely considered one of the most influential, events in 2b history. An important difference is the fact that Rusher, didn’t only bring views to the server, but he also brought long-time players.Thousands of people decided to join and some stayed for the next decade to come. This event also made the server need to have a queue, probably making a lot of people dismiss the server in its entirety.Nowadays, making a change as big as he did is nearly impossible, unless you have literal tens or hundreds of millions of subscribers. This nearly happened when a small creator by the name of Mr.

Beast came incredibly close to making a video on the server.Although Fit talked him out of doing it, if it were to have happened,we would have likely seen a never-seen-before change on the server. The fact that people can still look back at these moments years later, shows just how much influence a single creator can have over 2b2t.And now Oner is becoming another one of those creators.

Where It Stands Right Now

[music] >> A couple weeks ago,Oner posted another 2b2t video onto his main channel. And within this short time frame, it’s already at about 350,000 views. This is obviously made a lot more people find out about the server. And this is very apparent from the big increase in player counts. But what’s interesting, about this video is what Oner actually chose to show his audience.Instead of just showing boring gameplay,he actually explored, and uncovered the old and maybe even considered lost history, of the server. In the video,Oner and Fit basically went through all the different iterations, of spawn on the archive,as well as various other famous bases. This gives the Counter-Strike and non-2b2t, community of Oner Pixel a bit more of an insight, into the history of the server and how it develops. This is very important,as when new players join 2b2t, and are completely clueless about the history, and reasons why spawn is so destroyed,it can be a bit confronting. For someone who has never heard of 2b2t before,

spawning into a destroyed wasteland of a server can make absolutely no sense. But once you understand the wars, incursions, bases, and events that caused it,the destruction starts to tell a story.Oner’s videos are essentially introducing that story, to an audience that would probably never have discovered it otherwise.

What Happens Next

As Oner would probably tell you,out of all of the content he’s been recently uploading, Minecraft, and specifically 2b2t, has been going quite well.I suspect this will lead to Oner posting more videos about 2b2t, and hopefully experiencing more of the amazing history of the server.I highly doubt he will start an incursion though, as he isn’t quite big enough to do this. Also, since 2b2t already has quite a large community and audience behind it,hundreds of new players joining is a big increase but not game altering. However, that doesn’t mean his effect on the server is insignificant.Even if Onae never creates an incursion, every new player who joins because of his videos, becomes another potential member of the community. Some might leave after a few days, while others could stay for years, and eventually become part of the history themselves.2b2t, is going to keep thriving and making history, and Onae will most likely keep posting videos and exploring the server.
